Each Alexander Kade piece is made to order after purchase. Please allow 3–5 weeks for production before shipping. Once your piece is ready, you will receive tracking details for your order.

Complimentary insured shipping is available on all orders.

Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To preserve your piece, avoid exposure to perfume, lotions, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. Store separately in its pouch or box when not worn. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.

For mother of pearl pieces, avoid prolonged contact with water and chemicals.
