Complimentary insured shipping is available on all orders. Once your piece is complete, you will receive tracking details by email.

Made to Order

Each Alexander Kade piece is made to order. Please allow 3–5 weeks for production before shipping.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Alexander Kade is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Order Changes

If you need to request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
