  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damages upon arrival.
  • Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at info@alexanderkade.com. Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions on processing your return.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or received in error.
  • We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If you prefer, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • We reserve the right to update our return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

  • Alexander Kade Fine Jewelry offers free shipping on all orders. We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
  • Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • You can track the status of your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, feel free to contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you.
  • International customers (outside the UAE) are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their respective countries.

Please note that our pieces are made to order. Each item has a lead time of 2 to 3 weeks from the date the order is placed (please allow longer lead times for customized pieces). Once an item ships, it should arrive in 2-3 business days within the UAE, and 5-7 business days internationally.

  • For custom orders, please contact us at info@alexanderkade.com. Once you reach out to us, we will schedule a consultation to discuss your requirements and provide you guidance on options, materials, and any additional customization details.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once the design process has begun.
  • Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.
  • We take pride in our craftsmanship and ensure that every custom pieces meeets our high standard of quality. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will work to resolve them promptly.
