Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damages upon arrival.
Return Process:

Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or received in error.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If you prefer, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Shipping:
- Alexander Kade Fine Jewelry offers free shipping on all orders. We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
- Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Customs and Duties:
- International customers (outside the UAE) are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their respective countries.
Product Lead Team:
Please note that our pieces are made to order. Each item has a lead time of 2 to 3 weeks from the date the order is placed (please allow longer lead times for customized pieces). Once an item ships, it should arrive in 2-3 business days within the UAE, and 5-7 business days internationally.
Custom Orders:
- For custom orders, please contact us at info@alexanderkade.com. Once you reach out to us, we will schedule a consultation to discuss your requirements and provide you guidance on options, materials, and any additional customization details.
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once the design process has begun.
- Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.
