Return/Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Alexander Kade. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all packaging, certificates, and paperwork.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- The returned item must be free from any scratches, resizing, or alterations.
Return Process:
- To start a return, please contact us at info@alexanderkade.com to process your return.
- Once your return is approved, carefully pack the jewelry in its original packaging to prevent any damage during shipping.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is safely delivered.
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping.
Refunds & Exchanges:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and the refund to be issued.
- If you choose an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped after we receive and inspect your returned jewelry.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or engraved jewelry
- Final sale or discounted items
- Items that show signs of wear or damage after use

Shipping:
Alexander Kade charges a flat shipping rate of $25. All jewelry shipments require a direct signature. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
